VIVIOSOFT, as a company has been engineering web-based solutions for businesses for over 10 years. We are, as are some of you, PIA members and a local company based in nearby Mt. Vernon, Ohio. accuBenefits is a new service we have designed and created to specifically address the needs of the independent insurance agent. Our goal is to help you further provide the best in personalized, immediate, custom service for your clients and staff that will help your business grow and prosper. In doing so, we will also grow. The personal service you provide your clients is your business. Today, people are expecting more of “get it now!” and less waiting. Our world is changing and how we conduct our business must also change.

We have worked closely with smaller independent agencies to get their feedback, so that the solutions we offer are going to benefit the small independent agent.
